This full day of fun starts early at the 1st United Methodist Church for Breakfast with Santa from 8-10:30am.  There is no set cost for this, but freewill offerings will be accepted.

While breakfast is happening, craft and food vendors as well as all the activities will be setting up on W Main and in the Festus Public Library parking lot.  The ice rink will be retuning this year!  Stay tuned to see all the fun activities that get planned!  

DECORATED COOKIE CHALLENGE!  In the past there has been a gingerbread house competition and while there were some great entries, it could be daunting for someone to take on a project that large so this year we are changing it to a Decorated Holiday Cookie!  There will be 3 age groups:  13 & under, 14-17, and 18 & over.  Here are the RULES.  An ENTRY FORM will need to be completed and turned in at the library when turning in cookies. We can't wait to see what you come up with! A $50 prize will be awarded in each division!

Food Trucks Scheduled:  If you are interested in having a food truck at WinterFest, please contact Barb at 636-524-7022.

Vendor Registrations Accepted September 11, 2023.

We are now accepting Craft Vendor Registrations.  The registration form and waiver will have to be printed, completed and returned to City Hall with payment by Wednesday, November 29.  Space assignments will be made as vendors arrive on Dec. 2.  If there's another vendor that you want to be next to you will need to arrive at the same time.
