Building Request Form

Please feel free to report building issues or questions.  You can complete the form to the left and click the drop down menu under subject and select the appropriate issue or question.  This request will be forwarded to the Building Commissioner, Matt Clemens.  As always, we will try to process your request as quickly as possible depending on the urgency and manpower.  You can also contact the Public Works Department by calling (636) 937-6646 to place a work order.
