Trash Request Form

If for some reason your trash was missed  you can contact City Hall by calling 636-937-4694 to have a work order placed on your behalf or simply complete the request form to the left. When completing the form make sure you include your name, address and trash day that was missed.  This form will be forwarded to IESI directly.  IESI employees come by City Hall once a day in the early afternoon to pick up new work orders that might have been missed in error.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  We find that when trash is missed its either the trash was not out by 7:00 AM or they might be running a day late due to a National Holiday.   Again, we deeply apologize for this inconvenience.
