1. Do I need a tag for my pet?

Yes, you need a pet tag.  Tags are available at Public Works for $7.00 per animal and are good for the life of the animal.

2. Can I have chickens?

Yes, you are allowed chickens but there are regulations that require a permit and 1 acre lot.

3. Do you have adoptable animals?

Yes you can contact Jason Allen in our animal control office to find out what is available at any given time or can visit the shelter at 2260 Sunshine Drive, Festus, MO.
