City Council Minutes & Agenda        

The City of Festus is the legislative and policy-making body of the city.   The Council sets city policy by passing ordinances and resolutions.  The Council approves the city budget, appoints and supervises the City Administrator, and generally oversees city functions.  Additionally, the Council approves city development and takes action on recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Board.
