Ordinance No. 3969  "Passed on July 13, 2011" - Adopting Changes to Section 2-49 (3) of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Festus regarding visitor remarks at City Council Meetings

Ordinance No. 3984 "Passed on September 28, 2011" - Amending the 2010-2011 Fiscal Year Budget; and establishing an effective date.

Ordinance No. 3985  "Passed on September 28, 2011" - Adopting the budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2011 and ending September 30, 2012; and establishing an effective date.

Ordinance No. 4003 "Passed on December 14, 2011" - Amending the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year Budget; and establishing an effective date.

Ordinance No. 4008 "Passed on December 28, 2011" - Amending the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year Budget; and establishing an effective date.

Ordinance No. 4009 "Passed on January 11, 2012" - Increasing the tax on charges for all sleeping rooms paid for by transient guests of hotels and motels within the City of Festus at the rate of five percent (5%) per night, said tax to be used for funding the promotion of tourism within the City of Festus.  This ordinance is to be submitted to the qualified voters of the City of Festus at the elections to be held April 3, 2011.
