ADOPTION PROCESS

 Adoption fees range from $20 to $80, depending on the animal and its needs.  ALL fees include the costs of a rabies vaccination and spay/neuter.

Adoption forms can be obtained at the City of Festus Public Works Building located at 950 N. 5th Street, Festus, MO 63028.

We DO NOT have "same day" adoptions.  A background check is performed on all applicants wanting to adopt an animal.  This usually takes 24-48 hours.Our goal is to provide the safest and most loving environment possible for each animal who passes through our door PLUS help each family find the best pet for their needs.
