The Festus Parks Department just finished building a new park pavilion #20 at West City Park Fairgrounds area.

⇔Playground Equipment:

Replaced sand with wood chips at all playground equipment.

⇔New Restroom:

A new restroom facility is currently under construction near the Fairgrounds Pavilion #11.
