Heuby E. Moore Band Building 

 

Festus Parks Department owns, operates, and maintains the old  historic stone building behind Festus City Hall, which is now lovingly called the Heuby E. Moore Band Building in memory of Mr. Moore who was the  Festus High School band instructor for many, many years. 

The building is a great place to hold a birthday party, baby shower, wedding shower, etc.  It allows a maximum capacity of up to 50 people and has available a seperate restroom for his and hers, air conditioning, and tables and chairs for 50 people.

The building rents for $50 for up to a 5-hour block.  There is a $25 cleanup deposit, which is returned if the facility is left clean and orderly.
