Heuby E. Moore Band Building 

 

Festus Parks Department owns, operates, and maintains the old  historic stone building behind Festus City Hall, which is now called the Heuby E. Moore Band Building in memory of Mr. Moore who was the  Festus band instructor for many, many years. 

The building is a great place to hold a birthday party, baby shower, wedding shower, etc.  It allows a maximum capacity of up to 50 people and has available a seperate restroom for his and hers.

The building rents for $50 for up to a 4-hour block.  There is a $25 cleanup deposit, which is returned if the facility was left in order.
