JCWA Board of Directors
About
The Jefferson County Water Authority board has a total of six-members of which three members represent the City of Festus and three members represent the City of Herculaneum. The governing body of each municipality and/or district shall appoint by resolution or ordinance three directors (one of which will be a Public Works Director). The Jefferson County Water Authority board meets the third Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm at the Festus City Hall Council Chambers.
